DOLLAR FAMILY ANAWALT

Ed and Cora Dollar, moved to Anawalt around 1921.
He was a logger for the coal mines, He also worked for
Cleve Taylor and Barney Yates. He had a farm where they raised
most of the food they had. They always had a big garden, cows
chickens, pigs, Cora always did a lot of canning. She also pickedstrawberries, blackberries. And boy  was her pies good. We had
a simple life and was one big happy family.
They had seven children.  Claude, Laura, Virginia, Lacy, Henry, Billy
and Edward Jr. They also raised to grandchildren.  Betty Jean Marshall and
Roger Allen Taylor.
